By accessing or using myshuttleservice.com ("Website") or booking any transportation service through Airport Connection, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or services.

2. Services

Airport Connection provides shared and private ride shuttle transportation services from Port Saint Lucie and the Treasure Coast to major South Florida and Central Florida airports, including Palm Beach International (PBI), Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International (FLL), Miami International (MIA), and Orlando International (MCO). Service availability is subject to scheduling and capacity.

3. Reservations and Booking

All reservations must be made in advance by calling 800-772-8406 or through our Website. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Airport Connection. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Fares and Payment

Fares are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and cash. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, excessive luggage, or waiting time beyond a reasonable grace period.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee equal to the full fare. No-shows will be charged the full fare. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Pickup and Wait Times

Passengers are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time. For airport pickups, drivers will wait a reasonable amount of time after your flight lands. Airport Connection is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend scheduling your pickup with sufficient time to account for potential delays.

7. Luggage

Each passenger is permitted a reasonable amount of luggage. Oversized, excessive, or hazardous items may be refused or subject to additional charges. Airport Connection is not liable for loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings.

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Airport Connection reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk to the driver or other passengers. No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

Airport Connection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a single trip shall not exceed the fare paid for that trip. We are not responsible for missed flights, connections, or appointments due to delays beyond our control.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Airport Connection related to your booking, service updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by contacting us directly.

11. Privacy

12. Intellectual Property
