A. Yes, we offer friendly door to door service and have since 1976.

Q. What are Airport Connection’s hours of operations?
A. Airport Connection is open 24 hours a day, offering shuttle and private rides.
Our shuttle runs to and from the Palm Beach International Airport from 6:00A.M. – 10:00 P.M. daily. Private runs are offered 24 hours a day.

Q. What type of vehicles does Airport Connection have available?
A. We have a variety of town cars as well as large vans that seat up to 11 passengers.

Q. How far in advance do I need to book my reservation with Airport Connection?
A. It would be best book you reservation 1-3 days prior to you trip. You may do so online or by calling 772-873-8300.

Q. Can I still book a reservation with Airport Connection if my flight is today?
A. Yes, you can book a private vehicle for the same day. To do so, please call 772-873-8300 with you flight information ready.

Q. Does Airport Connection have any charter buses?
A. No, we do not have any charter buses. However, we do have large vans that seat up to 11 passengers in addition to our town cars.

Q. Does Airport Connection offer private rides to personal parties, events, etc.?
A. No, airport connection is not a private car, limo, or taxi service and we do not transport passengers to and from personal events.

Q. Does Airport Connection allow passengers to travel with pets?
A. Yes, as long as the pet is in a crate you may travel with it.
Please let Airport Connection know if you will be traveling with a pet at the time you make your reservation.
*There may be an additional charge depending on the size of the animal.

Q. What if I need to cancel my reservations with Airport Connection?
A. Please call 772-873-8300 to change or cancel any reservation. Be sure to notify us as soon as possible of any changes to your reservation. There is no cancelation fee.

Q. What if my flight is late?
A. You can rest assure that Airport Connection will be there to pick you up no matter how late your flight is running. We track all our flights online and move around our schedule to best accommodate any flight time changes.
